Our mission

This is more than a business. This is a move of God.

Why Humble Cleaners exists, in the words of Ray, our founder.

Written late at night

Before Humble Cleaners had a truck, a squeegee, or a single customer, it had a document — written late one night, long before it was practical, laying out what this company would be for. Not a business plan. A conviction, put in writing so it couldn’t be quietly walked back later.

At the center of it is a simple belief: Church isn't a building. It's a people. If that’s true, then a work crew can be one — not instead of the gathered church, but carrying the same life into places a pulpit never reaches.

Most of life happens on the clock

What if work wasn't a distraction from the kingdom, but the very delivery system for it?
Ray, founder

Somewhere along the way, evangelism got isolated to platforms and pulpits — a thing that happens on stages, on Sundays, somewhere else. But most of life doesn’t happen there. It happens at work. So we’ve chosen to treat the workday itself as the ministry, not the thing that funds it.

That has a practical edge: excellence in the craft is part of the worship, not separate from it. A streaked window contradicts the whole idea. We clean windows with excellence, joy, and integrity, because everything we do, we do as unto the Lord.

A kingdom-driven mission dressed as a company

The five-year picture isn’t a bigger truck. It’s this:

01Raising up spirit-filled men and women whose work anyone would vouch for.
02Discipling our employees in identity and prayer — formation as part of the job, not an extracurricular.

03Ministering as we work: to each other on the crew, and to anyone who wants it, never at anyone who doesn't.
04Making disciples, not just customers.
05Satellite offices as outposts — every new city a base for regional transformation, not just new routes.

Through glass and squeegee, word and spirit.

You hired window cleaners. That’s what you get.

The bolder this page reads, the more clearly we owe you this part: at your home, the mission shows up as how the work is done. A crew that treats your house with honor, tells you the truth about price and condition, and cares about your family beyond the invoice — whoever you are, whatever you believe.

Care here is offered freely to everyone. If we offer to pray for something going on in your life, it’s an offer — never an expectation— and “no thanks” changes nothing about how we treat you. Customers of every background are welcome here and respected here. That’s not a disclaimer on the mission; it’s a requirement of it.

“What if instead of paying for Bible college, you got paid to be discipled every day?”

If this vision stirs something in you — the work, the standard, the reason behind both — we want to hear from you before we ever run an ad.

Work with us

Revival will not be the surprise. It will be the standard.
