Commercial, done right.
Commercial Window Cleaningin Keller, Southlake, Colleyville & North Richland Hills

The job, in plain words
Commercial window cleaning covers storefront glass, entry doors, interior partitions and upper-floor exteriors up to three stories, on a recurring schedule set around your business hours. Retail and restaurant fronts usually run weekly or biweekly; office and professional buildings more often monthly or quarterly. Work can be scheduled before opening or after close so nothing interrupts your customers.
Every job, every time
- Storefront and entry glass, inside and out
- Door glass, push plates and frames
- Upper-floor exteriors up to three stories
- Interior partition and lobby glass
- Before-open or after-close scheduling
- Same crew each visit, so nothing has to be re-explained
How it goes
- 01Site walk and countWe measure the glass, note access constraints, and quote the route as one flat number per visit.
- 02Set the rhythmWeekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly. You get the same window each visit so staff can plan around it.
- 03Work around your hoursEarly mornings before you open, or after close. Customers should never have to walk around us.
- 04Show up when we saidIf we're going to be late, you hear it from us first. That's the whole promise, and it's the one most crews miss.
What shapes your quote
We don’t publish flat rates because honest ones don’t exist. These are the things we actually look at, and you get one firm number before we start. Read the full cost guide.
Glass footage and height
Storefront linear footage, door count, and whether upper floors are in scope. Up to three stories we work from the ground with the water-fed system.
Frequency
Weekly and biweekly routes are priced per visit and scheduled as standing stops; monthly and quarterly service is quoted for the deeper clean each visit needs.
Access and hours
Before-open and after-close windows, locked lobbies, tenant coordination, and anything that needs interior escort all shape the route time.
Condition and surroundings
Road film near high-traffic corridors, sprinkler overspray on ground-floor panes, and construction dust from neighboring sites all add first-visit time.
A schedule that fits how your building is used
The right cadence depends on what the glass does for your business:
- Restaurants & retail: weekly or biweekly, because handprints, dog noses and door film show within days
- Offices & professional suites: monthly keeps them sharp
- Medical and lower-traffic buildings: quarterly, without paying for visits they don't need
Routes run on standing days, usually before you open. Same crew, same window, no re-explaining the site. And if a route day has to move, you hear from us first.
Insurance, safety and property managers
We're insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance to your property manager before the first visit. Exterior work up to three stories is done from the ground with water-fed poles: no ladders against your storefront framing, no lifts to schedule for glass within reach.
Asked before every first job
How often should a storefront be cleaned?
Restaurants and retail with heavy foot traffic usually need weekly or biweekly service, because handprints and door film are visible within days. Offices and professional buildings are typically fine monthly or quarterly.
Do you work outside business hours?
Yes. Most commercial routes run early morning before opening. After-close scheduling is available where it makes more sense for the site.
Is there a contract?
We'll put the schedule and the per-visit rate in writing so there are no surprises, and you can change or stop the schedule with reasonable notice.
Are you insured?
Yes. We can send a certificate of insurance to your property manager before the first visit.
Can you clean while we're open without disturbing customers?
Yes, but most clients prefer before-open routes so the glass is spotless when the doors unlock. If mid-day is the only option, we work door-by-door so no entrance is ever blocked.
Do you handle multi-tenant centers and HOAs?
Yes. One walk-through, one route quote, one standing schedule. Each storefront gets the same pass, so the whole frontage reads clean instead of patchwork.
What happens in bad weather?
Light rain doesn't stop exterior route work, because purified-water rinses dry clean. In genuinely bad weather we move your stop and tell you before your route window, not after it.
Do you do one-time commercial cleans?
Yes: grand openings, post-construction, lease turnovers, or a one-off deep clean before an inspection. One-time work is quoted per job rather than per visit.
